Q. If we enquire about purchasing a cottage whilst on the park will there be any pressure to purchase?
A. No. The park is a pressure free environment. Our advisor's role is to help you decide if owning your own property at Mablethorpe Park is right for you.
Q. What will the running costs of owning a cottage be?
A. There is an annual rent for your cottage, though this is very low at £250. There are additional maintenance and insurance charges also. This means that you will be required to pay the insurance of your property and maintenance charges relating to things such as the upkeep of the park roads etc. Please ask for further details on these charges.

Q. Are there any other costs associated with owning a property?
A. Yes, you will be required to pay council tax. However, you can receive a discount on this. Cottages are fitted with individual electric & water meters, usage of utilities are payable direct to the suppliers.
Q. What do I need to pay to reserve a cottage?
A. We only require a £2,000 non-refundable holding deposit.
